Folks in this market the competition is really tough. There are a lot of homes for sale, so
you really need to look at your home the same way prospective buyers do and look at your property as a house. Yes, your house is a home. Your home reflects you. Potential buyers on the other hand are looking for a house that will fit their lifestyle and reflect them. Giving potential homebuyers "WOW" moments right from the start is key to selling your home
in the least amount of time for the largest dollar amount. Showcasing your home at its absolute best is essential. It doesn't matter how big or small, old or new, or what price range your home is in; home buyers are looking for homes that are maintenace free and move in ready. The better your home shows, the easier potential homebuyers can visualize
themselves living in your space.

Photos
I can't express how important your photos are. If your home looks fabulous, your photos
will be fabulous right? You know what they say; a picture is worth a thousand words, so how much is one good photo worth? It's priceless if it brings potential buyers to your door.

CURB APPEAL
Curb appeal can be the deal breaker right from the start. Most all buyers begin their property search online. The first impression of your house is usually of the photo that you have accompanying your listing. A good photo of the front of your house is essential. If the exterior photo of your house doesn't show well to home buyers, this is usually an indication to them of what the inside of your home may look like. Potential buyers will most likely take a pass and move on to the next house if they don't like what they immediately see online or driving by.
Enhance your curb appeal - See what buyers see
* Landscape your property. Mow your lawn. Trim your bushes. Edge your sidewalks and driveway. Add fresh mulch. Put away your hose, rakes, and shovels. Your yard needs a clean, maintenance free appearance. * Clean everything! Wash your windows, screens, siding, decks, and clear out the gutters. * Paint or stain whatever looks old and dingy. Paint your front door and replace old hardware if need be. * Remove all sign of pets. You know what I mean? When potential buyers pull up to your house, what do they see? It needs to appear clean, maintenance free and move in ready! So much so that they can't wait to see what's inside.
